FAQ
#Playing
Do I have to keep the game open? Yes. The world runs only while your game is open; there is no offline progress. You can keep it open as long as you like, even around the clock.
What happens when I come back? Your heroes are at the inn, healed and rested for the time you were away. Nothing else happened while you were gone — no fights, Coin or loot.
Can I play on my phone? The game is designed for a PC browser right now. A mobile-friendly layout is on the roadmap.
Do heroes ever leave? No. Heroes never quit, whatever happens.
How many heroes can I have? As many as you summon. Up to 20 live in town; the rest wait in the camp.
#Summons
What does a summon cost? 25,000 $SOLV. You can buy 1, 5 or 10 at once.
Are the odds fixed? Yes, and they are published: Common 70%, Uncommon 20%, Rare 7%, Epic 2.2%, Legendary 0.7%, Mythic 0.1%. Guarantees add a Rare+ every 30 summons, Epic+ every 120 and Legendary+ every 400.
I approved a summon but nothing happened. Give it up to a minute. If the transfer never reached Solana, you were not charged. Each order is credited exactly once.
#Withdrawals
When can I withdraw? When your chest holds at least 10,000 Coin and 24 hours have passed since your last withdrawal. The chest shows a countdown until the next one.
Can I withdraw only part of my chest? No — the whole chest goes out at once.
What are the fees? A 3% withdrawal fee (in Coin) and the Solana network fee, which you pay: about 0.00001 SOL, plus about 0.002 SOL the first time your wallet receives $SOLV.
My withdrawal failed or I closed the wallet window. Your Coin returns to your chest automatically within a few minutes.
Withdrawals are paused. Why? The vault has automatic safety limits. Payouts can pause briefly while it is protected; your Coin stays safe in your chest. Try again a little later.
#Safety
Will you ever ask for my seed phrase? Never. Signing in is a message signature. Every summon and withdrawal is a transfer you approve in your own wallet.
Is $SOLV an investment? No. $SOLV is a game token. Its price can go up or down. See Risks & terms.
